Předmětem projektu je vybudovat v obci Branná nové sociální byty pro osoby, které se nacházejí v bytové nouzi. Díky celkové rekonstrukci zchátralého objektu vznikne celkem 8 bytových jednotek. Místo rekonstrukce má jasnou vazbou na občanskou vybavenost - nejedná se tedy o vyloučení či segregovanou lokalitu.
