Předmětem projektu je vybudovat ve městě Šumperk nové sociální byty pro osoby, které se nacházejí v bytové nouzi. Díky celkové rekonstrukci zchátralého objektu vznikne celkem 8 malometrážních bytových jednotek. Místo se nachází v okrajové části města, ale i přesto má jasnou vazbou na občanskou vybavenost - nejedná se tedy o vyloučení či segregovanou lokalitu.
