Předmětem projektu je vybudování sociálních bytů se základním vybavením ve stávajících prostorách bytového domu v Mikulově, a to na základě rekonstrukce nyní pro bydlení nevhodných prostor poznamenaných bezohledným provozem a zanedbanou údržbou předchozích nájemníků.Bytové jednotky budou sloužit osobám v bytové nouzi, kterým tak bude zajištěno dostupné nájemní bydlení, které by si při tržních cenách dostupných v daném čase a místě nemohly dovolit, včetně dostupné podpory ve formě sociální práce. a.
