V rámci projektu bude implementován celý komplex opatření implementace inteligentních prvků v lokální distribuční soustavě ENERGO KD. Hlavními oblastmi implementace jsou vybudování nového datového bilančního centra navázaného na inteligentní systém měření s doplněním o mnoho dalších technologických funkcionalit.
