Hlavním cílem projektu je vytvoření dostupného nájemního sociálního bydlení v obci Horní Tošanovice, které umožní sociálně vyloučeným osobám a osobám ohroženým sociálním vyloučením vstup do nájemního vztahu. V rámci projektu budou provedeny stavební úpravy a přístavba rodinného domu, který bude nově sloužit jako bytový dům. V něm vzniknou 4 bytové jednotky se základním vybavením. Určeny budou pro definované cílové skupiny v režimu sociálního bydlení. a. (Czech)
