Předmětem projektu je komplexní zateplení pavilonu M11 Stará chirurgie Nemocnice Šumperk a.s., který není v tuto chvíli nijak využíván. Cílem projektu je snížit konečnou spotřebu energie v pavilonu M11. Výsledkem projektu bude snížení energetické náročnosti budovy v důsledku její celkové energeticky úsporné renovace (zateplení obvodového pláště budovy, zateplení podlah, výměna otvorových výplní, zateplení stropů, stěn vůči půdě a plochých střech). a.
