    Předmětem projektu jsou stavební úpravy haly, kterou pro svou činnost využívá společnost Impexta ČRO, s.r.o.. Stávající objekt bude zateplen, bude vyměněna část otvorových výplní, rovněž dojde k zateplení střechy. Realizací projektu se docílí úspory energie ve výši 263,5 GJ, což představuje úsporu 25 % oproti stávajícímu stavu. Díky tomu dojde ke snížení provozních nákladů o 95 555 Kč.
