Cílem projektu je dosáhnout energetických úspor prostřednictvím realizace opatření zlepšení tepelně technických vlastností obálky budovy (zateplení vnějších stěn, zateplení střechy a výměny otvorových výplní) a instalací fotovoltaické elektrárny na střeše budovy.
