Realizací projektu dojde prostřednictvím úsporných opatření ke snížení energetické náročnosti provozu budov v průmyslovém areálu společnosti JV areal s.r.o. na adrese Nádražní 92, Podmoklice, 512 01 Semily. Areál se skládá ze čtyř objektů. Společnost JV areal s.r.o. budovy pronajímá firmám, kterým slouží jako zázemí pro jejich podnikání.
