    Projekt je zaměřen na revitalizaci a rekonstrukci stávajícího výrobního areálu z roku 1920 v Děčíně s mírou nezaměstnanosti 14 %. V současnosti je využita malá část areálu k pronájmu jako sklady či administrativní zázemí různých firem. Areál se stává ze dvou hlavních budov komunikačně propojených na úrovni jednotlivých podlaží. Díky rekonstrukci objektů a instalaci tepelných čerpacel a OZE pro vlastní spotřebu dojde k předpokládané úspoře energie o více jak 60 % oproti výchozímu stavu. a. (Czech)
