Projekt je zaměřen na rekonstrukci zastaralé a technicky nevyhovující budovy. Objekt je určen pro zpracování odpadu: použité jedlé oleje a tuky, výstupní produkt: olej pro ztrátové mazání, separační olej a oleje pro výrobu ekologických paliv. Cílem projektu je zvýšení užitných hodnot objektu, zefektivnění výroby. Objekt bude odpovídat současným požadavkům na pracovní prostředí, bezpečnost práce, požární ochrany.
