Předmětem předkládaného projektu je demolice brownfieldu (na par. č. 1149/4 v k. ú. Ostrožská Nová Ves) a následná výstavba nové výrobní haly (na par. č. 1149/9) doplněná o výstavbu manipulační plochy (v místě bývalého brownfieldu na par. č. 1149/4 a na par. č. 1149/25). Cílem předkládaného projektu je výstavba nové výrobní haly, prostřednictvím které získá žadatel moderní výrobní prostory. Ty umožní vyřešit stávající nedostatek z pohledu nedostatečných prostorových kapacit firmy. a. (Czech)
