Cílem projektu je modernizace podnikatelských nemovitostí včetně související infrastruktury. Předmětem projektu je rekonstrukce areálu společnosti Gabriel s.r.o. včetně skladů, kanceláří, sociálního zázemí a šaten pro zaměstnance a místnosti pro kotel. Díky využití současného brownfieldu, který je ve zchátralém stavu a nevyužitý, bude mít projekt pozitivní dopad na životní prostředí.
