Předmětem projektu je rekonstrukce objektu bývalé kotelny, který je již několik let nevyužívaný a je ve zchátralém stavu. Cílem projektu je rozšíření a modernizace výrobního areálu společnosti. Do nově vzniklých výrobních prostor firma plánuje umístit novou výrobní technologii kalící linky pro tepelné tvrzení plochého skla.
