    Projekt se bude zabývat možností sběru a zpracování odpadních jedlých olejů a tuků z odlučovačů tuků ve společnosti TRAFIN OIL, a.s. (dále také žadatel). Jedná se o UCO, tedy Used Cooking Oil, jedlé oleje a tuky, ovšem jde o odpad, který vznikl v podobných zařízeních, kde se vaří, smaží a umývá nádobí, podobně jako ?běžné?
