    Obsahem a hlavním cílem projektu je do 31.12.2018 vybudování pracoviště pro výzkum a vývoj plazmových nástřiků. Výzkumný a zkušební ústav Plzeň se problematikou povlaků za účelem zlepšení užitných platností (ochrana před korozí, odolnost vůči opotřebení, regulace podbroušení, odolnost vůči vysokým teplotám a oxidaci, odpor, vodivost apod.) dlouhodobě zabývá.
