    Záměrem předkládaného projektu je vyvinout komplexní a univerzálně aplikovatelný testovací systém pro získávání technologicky nejvhodnějších kmenů vinařských kvasinek. Cílem pak je, aby toto testovací zařízení poskytovalo objektivní, reprodukovatelné a spolehlivé výsledky, které se budou opírat o jistotu získanou precizním zkušebním provozem.
