Projekt je obsahově zaměřen na výzkum a vývoj kompozitního materiálu pro výrobu obalových souborů k ukládání radioaktivního odpadu. Cílem projektu je výzkum a vývoj kompozitního materiálu, který bude aplikovatelný v místě potřeby vytvoření stínící bariéry proti radionuklidů, umožní výrobu v místě užití tvarově a rozměrově odlišných obalových souborů a tím bude řešit omezení stávajících technologií. a.
