Cílem projektu je rozšíření výrobní kapacity stávající výroby pružin, včetně zvýšení výkonnosti výroby a jejího řízení. Jako klíčová aktivita budou zavedeny 2 produktové inovace (2 typy pružin, které se nyní v ČR nevyrábí, výsledek našeho VaV), dále 1 produktová inovace (pořízení strojů umožňujících splnění produktových inovací = linka ze strojů vyrobených dle výsledků našeho VaV, doplněných o účelové obslužné technologie) a 1 organizační inovace (nový řídící a IS v celém středisku pérovna). a.
