    Projekt je zaměřený na vyvinutí optimálního složení čistícího prostředku určeného pro čištění pivních nádob (pivní sudy, pivní tanky) pivního potrubí (pivních cest ? nejčastěji stáčení nebo čepování piva) a pivního skla (vratné pivní láhve, pivní sklenice apod.), jakož i všech instalačních prostředků, které jsou ve styku s pivem.
