Projekt řeší rozšíření kapacity VaV zázemí společnosti JAKOS - UNIS, s.r.o., které se zabývá projekcí a vývojem komponent, technologií a zařízení převážně pro gastro provozy, zdravotnictví, apod. Společnost disponuje vlastní VIK, stávající kapacity je nutné doplnit o technologii, která zajistí flexibilní reakci na nové trendy na trhu a posun do kategorie produktů s vyšší technologickou a kvalitativní úrovní.
