Cílem je průmyslový výzkum, experimentální vývoj a realizace (výroba) hi-tech materiálů pro vesmírné aplikace v souladu s programovým zaměřením Evropské Kosmické Agentury (ESA). Dojde k těsné spolupráci mezi malým podnikem, univerzitou a výrobním podnikem a výsledky jejich činností povedou k zavádění inovací vyšších řádů, vyvinuté materiály dosáhnou technologické úrovně minimálně 5 (dle požadavků Agentury ESA a dle požadavků klíčových evropských výrobců vesmírných zařízení Airbus, Thales, MTA) a.
