Cílem projektu je vývoj prototypů diagnostických souprav pro detekci a kvantifikaci fúzních genů v hematoonkologii. Za účelem zvýšení výkonnostních parametrů vyšetření budou využity inovace z oblasti oligonukleotidových syntéz, převážně modifikace teploty tání a purifikace po syntéze. Pro řešení budou využity technologie real-time PCR, digitální PCR a sekvenování nové generace. Zavedením těchto souprav do nabídky očekáváme zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy na českém i zahraničním trhu. a. (Czech)
