Projekt řeší koncepčně novou strategii tvářecího procesu pro flexibilní produkci menších sérií velkých tenkostěnných kovových výrobků např. plechů s využitím extrémně rychlého a bezkontaktního způsobu tváření silovými účinky elektromagnetického pole. Bude navržena nová sekvenční strategie řešící nedostatky bránící rozšíření této technologie, což přispěje k možnosti širšího využití této progresivní technologie v nových aplikacích ve všech odvětvích průmyslu. The project solves conceptually a new forming process strategy for flexible production of smaller series of large thin-walled metal products e.g. sheet metal using an extremely fast and contactless way of forming by the force effects of electromagnetic field. A new sequential strategy will be proposed to address shortcomings preventing the expansion of this technology, which will contribute to the possibility of wider use of this progressive technology in new applications in all sectors of industry.
