Cílem projektu je zvýšení dostupnosti nájemního sociální bydlení na území města Plzně, které umožní sociálně vyloučeným osobám a osobám ohroženým sociálním vyloučením, vstup do nájemního bydlení v ČR. V rámci projektu bude pořízeno 5 sociálních bytů formou nákupu vhodné nemovitosti a následné rekonstrukce a vestavby bytů včetně nezbytného základního vybavení. Ve spolupráci s azylovým domem MáTa budou zajištěny terénních sociální služby v rodinách dle jejich aktuálních potřeb. a. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to increase the availability of social housing to the city of Plzeň, which will enable socially excluded persons and persons at risk of social exclusion to enter rental housing in the Czech Republic. Under the scheme, 5 social housing units will be acquired through the purchase of an appropriate building and subsequent renovation and construction of apartments, including the necessary basic equipment. In cooperation with the asylum home, they will be provided with field social services in accordance with their current needs. (English)
