Projekt resí problematiku zjištování a uspokojování potreb klientu a zamestnancu organizací poskytujících sociální služby. V rámci něho bude do ceských soc. služeb zavedena metodologie Human-centered designu (HCD) - to povede k efektivnímu zjištení a prubežné revizi potreb klienta, a tím umožní individualizované nastavení soc. služby. HCD bude aplikováno ve 12 zapojených zařízeních. Vedle prototypů nových služeb vznikne též systém zjištování menících se potreb klientů pro MPSV. a. (Czech)

Project on the challenge of how to handle and satisfy the subject and workers of organisations providing social services. In the context of this, the “Human-centeed Design” (HCD) methodology will be put in place — this will lead to effective scarring and Prubetradable, enabling the personalised setting of a service. The HCD will be applied in the 12 installations involved. In addition to prototypes of new services, there will also be a system of identified clients for the MPPD clients. (English)
