Cílem projektu je rozšíření výrobní kapacity stávající výroby pružin, včetně zvýšení výkonnosti výroby a jejího řízení. Jako klíčová aktivita budou zavedeny 2 produktové inovace (2 typy pružin, které se nyní v ČR nevyrábí, výsledek našeho VaV), dále 1 produktová inovace (pořízení strojů umožňujících splnění produktových inovací = linka ze strojů vyrobených dle výsledků našeho VaV, doplněných o účelové obslužné technologie) a 1 organizační inovace (nový řídící a IS v celém středisku pérovna). a. The objective of the project is to increase the production capacity of the existing spring production, including the increase in production performance and management. As a key activity, 2 product innovations will be introduced (2 types of springs that are currently not produced in the Czech Republic, the result of our R & D), 1 product innovation (the purchase of machines to meet product innovation = the R & D machine driven line, supplemented by dedicated service technologies) and 1 organisational innovation (new management and IS across the Centre).
