    Předmětem projektu je regenerace vybraných pozemků a dvou objektů bývalého areálu JZD, které se nachází na okraji obce Modřišice. Stávající, v současnosti již nevyužívané objekty, které dříve sloužily jako skladovací a chovné objekty JZD, budou vzhledem k jejich velmi špatnému technickému stavu a enormní výši nákladů na jejich rekonstrukci zdemolovány a na jejich místě proběhne výstavba nového moderního zázemí výrobní firmy SINCON Technology, s.r.o. Nákup budov je součástí způsobilých výdajů. a. (Czech)

    The purpose of the project is the regeneration of selected plots of land and the two premises of the former JZD site, situated at the border of the municipality of Modmenšice. The current, currently unused premises used as storage and farming premises of JZD will, in view of their very poor technical status and the enormous cost of their renovation, be demolished, and the construction of the new background of the company SINCON Technology, s.r.o. is part of eligible expenditure, in view of their very poor technical condition and the cost of their reconstruction.
