Objekt se nachází v Chocni. Jedná se o hrubou stavbu, ve které bylo původními majiteli plánováno provozování pneuservisu. Objekt je samostatně stojící přízemní budova, která je postavena na betonových základech. Není provedena omítka, chybí obklady, výrazně poškozená okna.Rekonstrukcí stavby dojde k navýšení užitné plochy budovy. Objekt je navržen v technologii zděné výstavby z keramických tvárnic. Zrekonstruovaná stavba bude sloužit jako dílna pro elektromontážní práce pro kolejovou dopravu. a. (Czech)

There is no rendering, a lack of panelling work, a significantly damaged window. the construction of the building will increase the useful floor area of the building.
