Žadatel KVS EKODIVIZE a.s. je výrobcem varných spotřebičů na pevná paliva, určených k tepelné úpravě pokrmů a k vytápění prostoru, v němž jsou umístěny. Žadatel je významným dodavatelem těchto produktů na český i zahraniční trh. V rámci udržení konkurenceschopnosti a prodejnosti výrobků je žadatel nucen inovovat své výrobky, jak z hlediska designu, tak především z hlediska legislativních opatření. Nařízení komise EU 2015/1185 bude platit v České republice od 1.1.2020. a. (Czech)

The applicant is a producer of cooking appliances on solid fuels, intended for the heat treatment of food and the space in which they are installed. The applicant is a major supplier of these products to the Czech and foreign market. In order to maintain the competitiveness and marketability of products, the applicant is forced to innovate its products, both in design and in particular from the point of view of legislative measures. The EU Commission Regulation 2015/1185 will apply in the Czech Republic from 1.1.2020a. (English)
