Cílem projektu je studie zaměřená na komplexní posouzení bezpečnosti čajů s obsahem fenyklu určených pro kojící matky a kojence, zejména s ohledem na zdravotní rizika spojená s přítomností nově se objevujících rizikových mykotoxinů, alkaloidů a estragolu. Předpokládá se, že na základě realizované studie bude vytvořena receptura produktu, který bude představovat minimální riziko pro cílovou skupinu konzumentů. a. (Czech)

The aim of the project is a study on a comprehensive safety assessment of tea with a fennel content intended for nursing mothers and infants, particularly in view of the health risks associated with the presence of emerging risk mycotoxins, alkaloids and tarogol. It is assumed that, on the basis of the study carried out, a recipe for a product will be created, which will pose a minimal risk to the target group of consuls. (English)
