Předmětem projektu je zavedení výroby inovovaného ovladače dveří autobusů. Ovladač vyniká jinou konstrukcí a umístěním ve vozidle. Jeho vývoj probíhal částečně ve spolupráci s firmou IVECO Czech Republic. Pro výrobu, která bude zčásti automatizována, bude pořízena technologie, kterou společnost v současné době nedisponuje.
