Projekt zahrnuje přípravu a aplikaci aktivit, interních a externích procesů a nástrojů s hlavním zaměřením na zkvalitnění klastrové základny, zvýšení efektivity řízení klastru, zintenzivnění spolupráce, zajištění finančních zdrojů pro jeho udržitelnost, zlepšení strategie klastru a implementačního plánu, rozšíření portfolia služeb a zkvalitnění public-relations klastu.
