(45K and 35M) including 10 % of people with disabilities, at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including people with unemployment, who, according to the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Market Institute, will be included in the third group of people – so-called remote from the labour market from the area of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship in the period 01.10.2018 to 30.09.2020, based on the path of reintegration, created individually for each person. Each UP will receive comprehensive support implemented on the subst. IPD, among others, in the form of professional activation support services (professional advisors), psychological counselling and/or legal vocational training courses and training enabling the acquisition, upgrading or changing of qualifications and competences, professional qualifications and skills and the development of social skills and competences necessary for the labour market, job placement and traineeships. Project throughout the voivodship zach-pom (including: head, Wałecki, Pyrzycki, Cities of Świnouj¶c) (City of Świnouj¶c) (City of Swinoujscie). I'M PREM. 8 – met). TYP:1- min. dwie formy wsparcia. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktyw społ.-zaw. u 80os. (45K i 35M) w tym 10% osób niepełnosprawnych, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym os. bezrob, które wg ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instyt. rynk. pr. znajdą się w III grupie osób - tzw oddalonych od rynku pracy z obszaru województwa zachodniopomorskiego w okresie od 01.10.2018 do 30.09.2020 w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji, stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdej osoby. Każdy UP otrzyma kompleksowe wsparcie realizowane na podst. IPD m.in. w postaci usług wspierających aktywizację zawodową (doradcy zawodowego), poradnictwa psychologicznego lub/i prawnego kursów i szkoleń zawodowych umożliwiających nabycie, podniesienie lub zmianę kwalifikacji i kompetencji, zawodowych oraz rozwijanie umiejętności i kompetencji społecznych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, pośrednictwa pracy oraz staży zawodowych. Projekt na terenie całego woj. zach-pom (w tym: myślib, wałecki, pyrzycki, Miasta Świnoujśc ) (KRYT. PREM. 8 - spełnione). Co najmniej 50% GD stanowić będą osoby z obszarów wiejskich (KRYT. PREM. 4 - spełnione). Projektodawca zakłada udział wśród uczestników proj os o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnospr. i/lub os z niepełn. sprzężoną, os. z zaburzeniami psychicznymi w tym os. z niepłn. intelekt. i os. z całościowymi zaburz. rozw. na poziomie min. 10% ogółu UP (KRYT. PREM. 3 - spełnione).
