OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: During the period 01VIII18 — 31X19 increased social activity levels and increased employability in 20 people. (12K/8M) at risk of poverty and/or exclusion of the population, including people who are remote from the Republic of Poland, which are included in the catalogue of persons referred to in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects in the area of social inclusion and combating poverty with the use of ESF and ERDF funds for the years 2014-2020, in the Population County, on the basis of the Individual Reintegration Path/IPD. TARGET GROUP (GD): 20 people at risk of poverty and/or exclusion of the community, including the unemployed, who, in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Institutions of RP, are included in the third group of persons, so-called “third aid profile”, including: 1.Women (K) 12 people, 2 people with low qualifications (NKW): min. 16person/9K, 3.person long-term unemployed (DB): min. 7person/4K, 4.person benefiting from social assistance benefits: min. 3person/2K 5.person with disabilities: 2person/1K, 6.person residing in the countryside: 5 people./3K. ACTIONS: 1.PE/IPD: 20os./12K, 2.Individual psychological support (IWP): 20os./12K, 3.mentoring: 20os./12K, 4.Activisation and Motivation Workshops: 20os./12K, 5.Activisation workshops: 2 people/12K, 6.training: 15person, 7. employment intermediation (PP): 20 people/12K, 8. internship: 15 o'clock.
