The project will be implemented in the Municipal Żłobek in Bobolice, on ul. School 1 (West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Kohalin County – awarding) in the period from 1.08.2018 to 31.12.2020. The project target group consists of unemployed or passive persons who remain outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children under the age of 3 (8K) and those working for children under the age of 3 who are during a break connected with the birth or upbringing of a child (18K). The aim of the project is to create 26 new childcare facilities for children under the age of 3 in the Bobolice Commune, thus ensuring that at least 26 parents (26K) who take care of these children can return to work. This will be ensured by adapting and equipping facilities for childcare (VIII 18 – II 19) and through the financing of the day-to-day nursery activities over a period of 24 months (I 19 – XII 20). The actions planned in the project will contribute to the achievement of the indicators planned under the competition and the objectives of Action 6.6. The measurable effect of the intervention will be expressed: — the number of people who have returned to the labour market after a break in childbirth/education, after leaving the programme – 18 persons; — the number of unemployed persons who have found a job or are looking for a job after leaving the programme – 8 persons; — l-build places of care for children up to 3-26 years. Support in the area of childcare facilities under the age of 3 is provided on a subst. individually diagnosed in VI 2018 the community’s needs in this area. The diagnosis includes: analysis of the conditionality of spatial diversity in access to forms of care and demographic forecasts, justification of the need for a place of care for up to 3 years. Projekt będzie realizowany w Żłobku Miejskim w Bobolicach, przy ul. Szkolnej 1 (woj. zachodniopomorskie,powiat koszaliński - kryt. premiujące) w okresie od 1.08.2018 do 31.12.2020 r. Grupę docelową proj. stanowią osoby bezrobotne lub bierne zawodowo pozostające poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 (8K) i osoby pracujące opiekujące się dziećmi do lat 3, będące w trakcie przerwy związanej z urodzeniem lub wychowaniem dziecka (18K). Celem proj. jest utworzenie 26 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w Gminie Bobolice, a tym samym zapewnienie możliwości powrotu do pracy co najmniej 26 rodzicom (26K) sprawującym opiekę nad tymi dziećmi. Realizacja tego celu zostanie zapewniona poprzez adaptację i wyposażenie pomieszczeń przeznaczonych do opieki nad dziećmi (VIII 18 -II 19r.) oraz poprzez finansowanie bież. działalności żłobka w okresie 24 miesięcy (I 19 r. - XII 20 r.). Zaplanowane w projekcie działania przyczynią się do osiągnięcia wskaźników zaplanowanych w ramach konkursu oraz założeń działania 6.6. Mierzalny efekt podjętej interwencji będzie wyrażony: - l-bą osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka, po opuszczeniu programu - 18 os.; - l-bą osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu – 8 os.; - l-bą utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 - 26 miejsc. Realiz. wsparcia w zakresie miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 dokonywana jest na podst. indywidualnie zdiagnozowanego w VI 2018 r. zapotrzebowania Gminy w tym zakresie. Diagnoza zawiera m.in.: analizę uwarunkowań w zakresie zróżnicowań przestrzennych w dostępie do form opieki i prognoz demograficznych, uzasadnienie zapotrzebowania na miejsca opieki nad dz. do lat 3.
