The DV’s office is located in Koszalin at ul. Victory 42. The agreement shall be based on a signature by the GMK of the agreement: — Agreement of 28.03.2014 on the association of the ITI Union with the aim of cooperation between local authorities for the purpose of implementing the Integrated Territorial Investments activities (as amended) Annexes of 15.06.2015 and 03.09.2015) signed by 19 municipalities of Koszalin/Kołobrzeg District of the Functional Area, — Agreement of 23.06.2015 on entrusting the Intermediate Bodies with the tasks connected with implementation of the Instrument, Integrated Territorial Investment in the framework of the Regional Operational Programme for the West Pomeranian Region 2014-2020, signed with the Zachodniopomorskie Province Executive (as the Managing Authority of the ROP). The project is a continuation of the 2015 and 2016 projects for which part-financing agreements have been signed. (English)

    Gmina Miasto Koszalin jako Lider Porozumienia międzygminnego zobowiązała się do zapewnienia obsługi administracyjnej ZIT KKBOF, w związku z czym w dn. 01.07.2015r. utworzono w strukturach Urzędu Miejskiego w Koszalinie Referat ZIT w celu obsługi funkcji Instytucji Pośredniczącej dla wdrożenia instrumentu ZIT na terenie KKBOF w ramach RPO WZ 2014-2020 i w tym celu będą ponoszone wydatki w ramach projektu. Biuro ZIT KKBOF mieści się w Koszalinie przy ul. Zwycięstwa 42. Podstawą są podpisane przez GMK porozumienia: - Porozumienie z 28.03.2014r. w sprawie zawiązania Związku ZIT w celu współpracy jednostek samorządu terytorialnego służącej realizacji działań w ramach Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych (zm. Aneksami z dn. 15.06.2015r. i 03.09.2015r.) podpisane przez 19 gmin Koszalińsko-Kołobrzesko-Białogardzkiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego, - Porozumienie z 23.06.2015r. w sprawie powierzenia Instytucji Pośredniczącej zadań związanych z realizacją instrumentu Zintegrowane Inwestycje Terytorialne w ramach Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego 2014-2020, podpisane z Zarządem Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego (jako Instytucją Zarządzającą RPO).
