CEL PROJ.: zaktywizowanie zawodowe 72 osób biernych zawod. w wieku 30 lat i więcej, w szczególnej syt. na r. pracy (w tym min. 22 osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, 22 os. w wieku 50+ oraz 40 kobiet) zamieszkujących lub uczących się na obszarze woj. zachodniopomorskiego (w tym min. 22os. zamieszk. miasta średnie tracące swoje funkcje społ.-gosp.)- poprzez kompleksowe zindywidualizowane wsparcie aktywizacyjne zg. z predyspozycjami danego uczestnika i potrzebami lokalnego r. prac, realiz. w okresie 06.2019- 05.2020. GRUPA DOCELOWA: 72 osób biernych zawod. w wieku 30 lat i więcej, w szczególności znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, należących do minimum 1 z grup: 1. Os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej- min. 30% UP, 2. Os. o niskich kwalifikacjach- min. 30% UP, 3. Kobiet- min. 55% UP. UP to os. fizyczne zamieszkujące lub uczące się na terenie woj. zachodniopom.- w tym min. 30% os. w projekcie zamieszkuje obszar miast średnich tracących funkcje społeczno-gospodarcze. Proj. obejmuje działania (zaplanowano różnorodne ścieżki i formy wsparcia dla UP zg. ze zdiagnoz. potrzebami): - indywidualne poradnictwo zawod. wraz z utworzeniem IPD, - grupowe poradnictwo zawod. z doradcą i psychologiem, - szkolenia zawod. dopasowane do predyspozycji UP oraz potrzeb lokalnego r. pracy, - indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy, - staże zawodowe zgodne z odbytym szkoleniem. Główne rezultaty projektu: - min. 45% UP o niskich kwalifikacjach, os. z niepełnosprawnościami, os. w wieku 50+ oraz kobiet- zdobędzie zatrudnienie po zakończeniu proj. (efektywność zatrudnieniowa) - min. 31% UP nabędzie kwalifikacje zawodowe w ramach projektu zgodne z potrzebami rynku pracy. (Polish)

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: professional activation of 72 passive professions at the age of 30 years and above, in a special employment system (including at least 22 low-skilled people, 22 people aged 50+ and 40 women) residing or learning in the area of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (including min. TARGET GROUP: 72 inactive persons aged 30 and over, in particular those in difficulty on the labour market, belonging to a minimum of 1 groups: 1. Os. aged 50 years and over- min. 30 % UP, 2. Low-qualified Os. – min. 30 % UP, 3. Women – min. 55 % UP. Up is a physical person living or learning in the Zachodniopom province – of which at least 30 % of the people in the project live in an area of middle cities losing socio-economic functions. The project includes activities (different pathways and forms of support for UP based on diagnosis are planned): — individual career guidance. together with the creation of the IPD, – group career guidance. with counselor and psychologist, – professional training. tailored to the predisposition of the Polish University and the needs of the local year of work, – individual job intermediation, – professional internships in accordance with the training carried out. Main results of the project: — min. 45 % of UP with low qualifications, people with disabilities, people aged 50+ and women – will gain employment at the end of the project.
