The implementation of the investment will increase access to education, increase the conditions for pupils, teachers and other employees in the educational establishment. The school lacks a sports hall, which negatively affects children’s health. The project will support 1 general education infrastructure facility, with a potential of 200 people. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa nowego obiektu dla ZS w Kościelnej Wsi. W nowopowstałym obiekcie powstanie:-sala sportowa z boiskiem o wymiarach 33x18 m, z 178 miejscami na widowni,-pracownia jęz. obcych, z funkcją podziału na 2 pracownie,-pracownia chemiczno-biologiczno-fizyczna,-siłownia,-sala dydakt. umożliwiająca realizację kół zainteresowań, spotkań o charakterze doradczym, np. zajęcia z doradztwa zawodowego dla klasy 7 i 8, przedział wiekowy 13-15 lat.-gabinet logopedyczny,-salka specjalistyczna do ćwiczeń korekcyjnych oraz terapii pedagog.,-pozostała infrastruktura techniczna i socjalna (pom. tech.: 1,03, 1,19, 1.13a pom. socj., 1.20 kotł., 1.28. węz. sanit. naucz., 1.29, pokój naucz., szacht tech.: S01, S02)Cechy fizyczne nowego obiektu:-pow. zabudowy–1922,62 m2;-pow. całkowita–3192,51 m2;-pow. netto ogółem–2154,10 m2;-pow. użytkowa–1574,56 m2;-pow. ruchu–567,75 m2;-wysokość–ok. 10,40 m;-kubatura–15694,00 m3.Odbiorcami projektu będą mieszkańcy miejsc. Kościelna Wieś oraz gminy Gołuchów. Według danych Urzędu Gminy w Gołuchowie w 2016 roku w Kościelnej Wsi mieszka 2 601 osób, natomiast w całej gminie 10 507 osób. Bezpośrednią grupę odbiorców niniejszej inwestycji stanowić będą uczniowie oraz pracownicy Zespołu Szkół w Kościelnej Wsi. W roku szkolnym 2015/2016 do Szkoły Podstawowej w Kościelnej Wsi uczęszczało 156 osób, natomiast do Gimnazjum 82 osoby. Przeprowadzona analiza demograf. dzieci w gminie Gołuchów oraz w miejsc. Kościelna Wieś wykazała, iż liczba dzieci będzie stale wzrastać. Realizacja inwestycji przyczyni się do zwiększenia dostępu do edukacji, podniesienia warunków przebywania uczniów, nauczycieli oraz pozostałych pracowników w placówce oświatowej. W szkole brakuje sali sportowej, co negatywnie wpływa na zdrowie dzieci. Wsparciem w ramach projektu objęty zostanie 1 obiekt infrastruktury edukacji ogólnej, a potencjał objętej wsparciem infrastruktury wyniesie 200 os. Z obiektu korzystać będzie docelowo(w roku szkolnym 2019/2020) ok. 200 os (Polish)
