The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of people aged over 29 who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market in the district of Koszalin and the district of Koszalin. the main result of the project will be 154 people registered in the Poviat Labour Office. The project will support unemployed persons over the age of 29 in a particularly vulnerable situation on the labour market (i.e. persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and the low-skilled) for whom, in accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, a first aid profile (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or a second aid profile (called for support) is defined. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.     Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w powiecie koszalińskim i powiecie miasto Koszalin Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 154 osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby pozostające bez pracy w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (tj. osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz nisko wykwalifikowane), dla których, zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, określono pierwszy profil pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni)lub drugi profil pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
