The project concerns the conversion of an existing road with a comprehensive link to the standard of the district road with regard to load capacity and width and safety. Includes dehydration, profiling and ground density, new subconstruction of broken aggregates, improved substrate from aggregates stabilised with cement and sub-construction of asphalt concrete. Repair of cracks in the pavement and a new asphalt road surface will be constructed. In order to increase the durability, a reinforcement of turbot and ditches will be carried out, with culverts, the traffic safety equipment will be installed. Streets will be equipped with concrete kerbs, paving blocks with concrete curbs. There will be a bus stop and ride to the farm and side roads. The applicant and the contracting party for the financing of the project are the district of Koszalin. The district will perform this task through a unit of the District Road Administration. Once the investment has been completed, the infrastructure will remain the property of the District and will be kept in the district budget. On behalf of the District Road Administration, the constructed infrastructure will be occupied by the District Road Administration, the District Administration Unit. The project meets the rules for awarding the financial contribution in accordance with the rules of procedure. It is part of one of the eligible types of projects, i.e. a direct connection to the TEN-T network, with a newly enclosed S6 express road, which is fully located on the comprehensive TEN-T network.     summary
    Projekt dotyczy przebudowy istniejącej drogi z kompleksowym doprowadzeniem do standardu drogi powiatowej w kwestii nośności i szerokości oraz bezpieczeństwa. Wykonane będzie m.in. odwodnienie, profilowanie i zagęszczenie podłoża, nowe podbudowy z kruszywa łamanego, ulepszone podłoże z kruszywa stabilizowanego cementem oraz podbudowa z betonu asfaltowego. Wykonana będzie naprawa pęknięć w nawierzchni oraz położona nowa nawierzchnia z betonu asfaltowego. W celu zwiększenia trwałości wykonane będzie umocnienie skarp i rowów, pod zjazdami położne zostaną przepusty, zamontowane zostaną urządzenia bezpieczeństwa ruchu. Ulice zostaną wyposażone w betonowe krawężniki, chodniki z kostki betonowej. Powstanie przystanek autobusowy oraz zjazdy do gospodarstw i na drogi boczne. Wnioskodawcą i stroną umowy o dofinansowanie projektu jest Powiat Koszaliński. Powiat będzie realizował to zadanie za pośrednictwem jednostki jaką jest Zarząd Dróg Powiatowych. Po zakończeniu realizacji inwestycji wybudowana infrastruktura pozostanie własnością Powiatu i będzie utrzymywana ze środków budżetu Powiatu. W imieniu Powiatu utrzymaniem wybudowanej infrastruktury zajmował się będzie Zarząd Dróg Powiatowych - jednostka organizacyjna Powiatu. Projekt spełnia zasady przyznawania dofinansowania zgodnie z regulaminem naboru. Wpisuje się w jeden z kwalifikowanych typów projektów, tj. zapewnia bezpośrednie połączenie z siecią TEN-T - z nowobudowaną drogą ekspresową S6, która jest w całości zlokalizowana w sieci kompleksowej TEN-T.
