Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa Skarbnicy Wioski Rybackiej w Chłopach, dzięki czemu zostanie stworzony nowy produkt turystyczny. Do zakresu prac budowlanych należy zaliczyć: zagospodarowanie terenu (przyłącza wodne, sanitarne, kanalizacyjne, ułożenie trawy, oświetlenie terenu, zbiornik na nieczystości),konstrukcja budynku wraz z wykończeniem, przyłącza i instalacje sanitarne(wraz z c.o i c.w.u.),parkingi i chodniki, wyposażenie obiektu. The object of the investment is the construction of the Skarbnica Rybacka Village in Boys, thanks to which a new tourist product will be created. The scope of construction works shall include: land development (water, sanitary, sewerage, grass arrangement, land lighting, water tank), construction of the building with finishing, connections and sanitary installations (including central and central heating), parks and sidewalks, equipment of the facility.
