Projekt pn. "Rewitalizacja sfery społecznej w Gminie Pełczyce – wyrównywanie szans rozwojowych dzieci poprzez budowę placów zabaw w miejscowościach: Boguszyny, Przekolno, Będargowiec, Będargowo." zakłada budowę placów zabaw w czterech wsiach w Gminie Pełczyce na obszarach zdegradowanych i nie używanych przez mieszkańców wsi już od dłuższego czasu. Co ważne, w wymienionych miejscowościach na chwilę obecną nie istnieją żadne place zabaw ani miejsca spotkań dla dzieci i ich rodziców. Potrzeba realizacji projektu wynika z konieczności rewitalizacji przestrzeni publicznej, dostępnej dla wszystkich mieszkańców Gminy. Jak wynika z konsultacji społecznych, obszar objęty przedmiotowym projektem wymaga rewitalizacji i zagospodarowania w celu zwiększenia ładu przestrzennego oraz stworzenia bazy rekreacyjno-edukacyjnej dla najmłodszych mieszkańców. Zagospodarowanie niewykorzystanych terenów przyczyni się nie tylko do rewitalizacji fizycznej przestrzeni publicznej zdegradowanej w wyniku transformacji gospodarczo-ustrojowej, ale również społecznej wpływając pozytywnie na mieszkańców Gminy, a także na wyrównanie szans dzieci z obszarów wiejskich. Project Mon. “Regeneration of the social sphere in the Pełczyce commune – equalising children’s development opportunities through the construction of playgrounds in towns: Boguszyny, Przekolno, Będargowiec, Będargowo" assumes the construction of playgrounds in four villages in the Pełczyce Commune in degraded areas and not used by villagers for a long time. Importantly, there are currently no playgrounds or meeting places for children and their parents in these towns. The need to implement the project results from the need to revitalise the public space available to all residents of the municipality. According to the public consultation, the area covered by the project requires revitalisation and development in order to increase spatial governance and create a recreational and educational base for the youngest inhabitants. The development of unused areas will contribute not only to the physical revitalisation of the public space degraded by economic and social transformation, but also to a positive impact on the inhabitants of the municipality, as well as to equal opportunities for children from rural areas.
