No. 1/4, 1/6, 1/7, 1/11 registration area No 10, 96, 97/2, area of or 8, in Goleniowski district, Zachodniopomorskie voivodship. As part of the project, the tower building and surrounding area will be developed and dedicated to cultural, social and economic services. As a result of the implementation of the project, 4 floors will be created, each of which will be allocated to a different type of activities. Level I will be dedicated to the gallery, the place of workshops in design and performance; level II and III is a space for “incubator” of entrepreneurship for creative industries (works related to crafts, design, fashion, film, music, performance arts); level IV will be used for recording studios. The project shall also include: construction of 7 parking spaces, redevelopment of access and access to the facility, order of greenery, small architecture, order of greenery, lighting of the area. The project contributes to the creation of a leisure area in a valuable way, conducive to personal development, which is particularly important in the context of the problems of the excluded groups diagnosed by the LPR: children, young people, the elderly, the disabled, disadvantaged because of poverty, unemployment, helplessness, etc. The built infrastructure will be owned by the municipality of Goleniów. The entity using and managing the infrastructure will be Goleniowski House of Culture – a self-governing cultural institution for which the Municipality of Goleniów is organised. As part of the project, a technical dock was made and a construction permit was obtained. To implement the remaining stages: announcement of the tender procedure, selection of contractor, construction works, investor supervision and promotional activities (including the involvement of residents as part of volunteers). Planowane przedsięwzięcie zlokalizowane jest w południowej części miasta Goleniów, na obszarze pokolejowym, dz. ew. nr 1/4, 1/6, 1/7, 1/11 obręb ewidencyjny nr 10, 96, 97/2, obręb ew. 8, w pow. goleniowskim, woj. zachodniopomorskie. W ramach projektu budynek wieży i okalający teren zostaną zagospodarowane i przeznaczone na usługi kulturalne, społeczne i gospodarcze. W efekcie realizacji przedsięwzięcia powstaną 4 kondygnacje, z których każda będzie przeznaczona na inny rodzaj działań. Poziom I przeznaczony będzie na galerię, miejsce warsztatów z designu i sztuki użytkowej; poziom II i III to przestrzeń na „inkubator” przedsiębiorczości dla przemysłów kreatywnych (zajęcia dotyczące rzemiosła, designu, mody, filmu, muzyki, sztuk performatywnych); poziom IV przeznaczony będzie na studio nagrań. Projekt obejmuje także: budowę 7 miejsc parkingowych, przebudowę dojazdu i dojścia do obiektu, uporządkowanie zieleni, małą architekturę, uporządkowanie zieleni, oświetlenie terenu. Projekt przyczynia się do stworzenia strefy spędzania wolnego czasu w wartościowy sposób, sprzyjający rozwojowi osobistemu, co jest szczególnie istotne w kontekście zdiagnozowanych w LPR problemów grup wykluczonych: dzieci, młodzieży, osób starszych, niepełnosprawnych, defaworyzowanych ze względu na ubóstwo, bezrobocie, bezradność i in. Wybudowana infrastruktura będzie własnością Gminy Goleniów. Podmiotem korzystającym z wybudowanej infrastruktury i nią zarządzającym będzie Goleniowski Dom Kultury - samorządowa instytucja kultury, dla której organizatorem jest Gmina Goleniów. W ramach projektu wykonano dok. techniczną i uzyskano pozwolenie na budowę. Do realizacji pozostały etapy: ogłoszenie procedury przetargowej, wyłonienie wykonawcy, prace budowlane, nadzór inwestorski i działania promocyjne (obejmujące także zaangażowanie mieszkańców w ramach wolontariantu). Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu fazy inwestycyjnej, stworzone zostanie 1 miejsce pracy. Projekt wdrażany będzie przez Gminę Goleniów. (Polish)
