The subject of the study is a project on rebuilding and changing the use of the building at 91 Łużycka Street in Gryfin to the Department of Vocational Activity. The building is located within the boundaries of the plot no. 236/2, perimeter 0005 located at ul. Lusatian 91 in Gryfin. The building was built in the mid-70s as a skeletal structure. The building is a free-standing building in the shape of a rectangle. The building is a ground-floor building, partly cellared with a flat two-sided roof and its technical condition is poor. In order for the facility to function, we need deep construction and equipment works, which will create a place where people with disabilities (ON), therapists and members of ON families will be able to stay and work. The scope of modernisation works will include internal infrastructure, external infrastructure (including connection to existing water and sewerage networks, new external CO installation (from the node in the boarding house) and electrical connection from ZK at the transformer station, central heating system, power supply of ventilation heaters, cold and hot water, sanitary sewerage, hydrant, electrical ventilation, mechanical ventilation, evacuation, directional and spare sockets, 230 V plug sockets, 400/230V forces, protection from infestations, equalising connections, lightning protection, overvoltage protection).The project also provides for the purchase and assembly of equipment, which will become the basis for the launch of ZAZ.In total, 5 stages of the investment will be carried out, which details the schedule of work and expenditure specified in the budget. Przedmiotem opracowania jest projekt dotyczący przebudowy i zmiany sposobu użytkowania budynku przy ulicy Łużyckiej 91 w Gryfinie na Zakład Aktywności Zawodowej. Budynek położony jest w granicach działki nr ewid. 236/2, obręb 0005 położonej przy ul. Łużyckiej 91 w Gryfinie. Budynek został wybudowany w połowie lat 70-tych XX wieku jako obiekt o konstrukcji szkieletowej. Budynek stanowi zabudowę wolno stojącą w kształcie prostokąta. Obiekt jest budynkiem parterowym, częściowo podpiwniczony z płaskim dachem dwuspadowym a jego stan techniczny jest zły. Aby w obiekcie mógł funkcjonować ZAZ potrzebne są głębokie prace budowlane i wyposażeniowe, które stworzą miejsce gdzie będą mogły przebywać i pracować osoby niepełnosprawne (ON), terapeuci oraz członkowie rodzin ON. W zakres prac modernizacyjnych wejdą m.in. infrastruktura wewnętrzna, infrastruktura zewnętrzna (w tym podłączenie do istniejących sieci wod. i kanalizacyjnych, nową instalację zewnętrzną CO ( z węzła w budynku internatu) i przyłącze elektryczne od ZK przy stacji transformatorowej, instalacja c.o., zasilenia nagrzewnic wentylacyjnych, zimnej i ciepłej wody użytkowej, kanalizacji sanitarnej, hydrantowa, klimatyzacji z bezpośrednim odparowaniem, wentylacji mechanicznej, elektryczne (oświetlenia awaryjnego: ewakuacyjnego, kierunkowego i zapasowego, gniazd wtykowych 230 V, siły 400/230V, ochrony od porażeń, połączeń wyrównawczych, odgromową, ochrony przepięciowej).W ramach projektu przewidziano także zakup i montaż wyposażania, które stanie się podstawą do uruchomienia ZAZ-u. W sumie wykonanych zostanie 5 etapów inwestycji, które określa szczegółowo harmonogram prac i wydatków określonych w budżecie. Docelowa dział. we wspartej infrastr. zostanie uruchomiona od razu po zakończeniu prac inwest.- nie później niż 12 m-cy od zakończenia realizacji projektu. (Polish)
