Celem projektu jest podniesienie u 240 os. dorosłych w wieku 18 lat i więcej (132 kobiet i 108 mężczyzn) o niskich kwalifikacjach, w tym 160 os niepełnosprawnych (88K i 72M), zamieszkujących na obszarze gmin wiejskich i miejskowiejskich należących do Specjalnej Strefy Włączenia w woj. zachodniopomorskim kompetencji kluczowych poszukiwanych na regionalnym rynku pracy tj. znajomości j. angielskiego (110 os) i kompetencji cyfrowych (130 os) w okresie IX.2016- VI.2018 poprzez realizację wysokiej jakości szkoleń z j. angielskiego oraz ICT zakończonych odpowiednio egzaminami TELC/lub równoważny i ECCC. Grupę docelową w proj. stanowią 240 os. fizyczne (132K, 108M) o następujących cechach: - os w wieku 18 lat i więcej, posiadające niskie kwalifikacje (wykszt. maks. ISCED 3) 6 / 42 Wydruk kontrolny, suma kontrolna: 6dacf28b57 -160 uczest. to os. będące z niepełnosprawnościami (ON- 160 os), - os zamieszkujące (zg z KC )na terenie woj. zachodniopomorskiego – na obszarze gmin wiejskich i miejsko-wiejskich z obszaru Specjalnej Strefy Włączenia ( SSW-240 os - kryt. premiujące - zamierzające uczestniczyć z własnej inicjatywy w szkoleniach i kursach w zakresie kształtowania kompetencji informat. oraz porozumiewania się w j. obcych (jw) - Będące os. bezrobotnymi (30% uczestników tj. 72 os-40K, 32M) lub os. biernymi zawod.
