Projekt jest realizowany wspólnie przez Gminę Mieścisko, stowarzyszenie Kurkowe Bractwo Strzeleckie oraz Przedsiębiorstwo Społeczne Stacja Popowo Kościelne. W jego ramach zaplanowano realizację 5 podstawowych przedsięwzięć rewitalizacyjnych wynikających z Programu Rewitalizacji Gminy Mieścisko na lata 2017 – 2023.Zakres rzeczowy: roboty budowlane, zagospodarowanie terenu, w tym:- Adaptacja byłego Posterunku Policji na Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej (co pozwoli zwiększyć zakres pomocy społecznej oraz rozwiązywania problemów tj. ubóstwo, bezrobocie),- Rewitalizacja zabytkowego dworu w Popowie Kościelnym (efektem będzie powstanie Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej),- Budowa świetlicy wiejskiej w Gołaszewie (na potrzeby aktywności mieszkańców gminy),- Rewitalizacja rynku w Mieścisku (efektem będzie stworzenie w centralnym punkcie Mieściska przestrzeni do spędzania czasu wolnego przez mieszkańców i podniesienie estetyki rynku),- Rewitalizacja kompleksu sportowego w Popowie Kościelnym (co przywróci warunki do uprawiania sportu oraz stworzy przestrzeń do aktywizacji i integracji mieszkańców).Projekt wpłynie korzystnie na aktywizację mieszkańców oraz rozwiązywanie głównych obszarów problemowych.
