Project titled “Regeneration of the city of Pleszewa” will be carried out in generational areas and includes 2 projects planned to be implemented as part of the Local Revitalisation Programme (LPR) for Pleszew Municipality for the years 2017-2023 (poz. 2 and Item. 15 in tab.nr. 16). In addition, the object of project task no. 1 is located in item 445 of the municipal monuments register.The project consists of adapting the building to the library and economy of the adjacent area.The project will directly influence overcoming the problems defined by the LPR. It will contribute to tangible and sustainable socio-economic benefits in the R & D, including improving living conditions and quality of life of residents, development of cultural resources and integration of residents. The project is comprehensive, it assumes the multifunctionality of the modernised space and gives the infrastructure completely new functions.As a result of the project, new economic entities will not be created directly. Integrated soft projects into the subject matter of the project are LPR projects indicated in tab. 16 item. 13,22,24,25 and tab.17 item 6. It is characterised by the possibility of active interaction of 3 sectors (public, social and private). Moreover, their implementation will improve access to cultural events and intergenerational integration, intellectual, mental, social and physical activation. Project products (2020):Area of revitalised areas – 1.27 haPublic or commercial buildings built or renovated in urban areas – 1074.30 m2Number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities – 1 pieces.Number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas – 1 piecesProject participation in the area covered by the revitalisation programme – 16.09 %The project will be implemented in partnership with the Alfa Social Cooperative. Projekt pt. „Rewitalizacja miasta Pleszewa” zrealizowany zostanie na terenach pokolejowych i obejmuje 2 przedsięwzięcia planowane do realizacji w ramach Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji(LPR)dla Gminy Pleszew na lata 2017-2023 (poz. 2 i poz. 15 w tab.nr 16). Ponadto, obiekt zadania projektowego nr 1 znajduje się w poz 445 gminnej ewidencji zabytków.Projekt polega na adaptacji budynku na bibliotekę i zagospodar. przyległego terenu.Realizowany projekt w bezpośredni sposób będzie wpływał na przezwyciężenie problemów zdefiniowanych w ramach LPR. Przyczyniać się będzie do osiągania wymiernych i trwałych korzyści społeczno-gospodarczych na OR,w tym będzie prowadził do poprawy warunków bytowych i jakości życia mieszkańców, rozwoju zasobów kultury i integracji mieszkańców. Projekt jest kompleksowy,zakłada wielofunkcjonalność zmodernizowanej przestrzeni oraz nadanie infrastrukturze zupełnie nowych funkcji.W wyniku realizacji projektu nie powstaną bezpośrednio nowe podmioty gospodarcze.
