There will also be a permanent stage with an inf. and an access point to the Internet. The project will be implemented from 30.08.2017 to 31.10. It’s 2018. As part of the project, the costs of creating information and commemorative plaques will also be incurred. The costs of investor supervision, technical documentation and feasibility studies will also be incurred. Immediately after the completion of the project, it is possible to use the full functionality of the infrastructure created as part of the project implementation. The project does not require additional action to make full use of it. The applicant shall have technical, human resources and knowledge to ensure the operation of the infrastructure after completion of the project. The cell responsible for the implementation of the investment within the Municipal Office will be the Reference of Technical Infrastructure and Investment, which, due to the scope of the competences conferred on it, is a paper responsible for the implementation of the majority of municipal investments. Employees of the Municipal Office in Międzyzdroje have very extensive knowledge and experience related to the implementation of investments co-financed by public funds, including EU funds. After the project has been completed, the Environmental Protection Department in Międzyzdroje, a municipal organizational unit in the form of a budget plant, will be managed by the newly developed green areas. Realizacja projektu pn. „Rozwój turystyczny Gminy Międzyzdroje w oparciu o jej endogeniczne potencjały -zagospodarowanie Alei Gwiazd oraz wykonanie ścieżki na wydmach.” ma charakter stacjonarny i obejmować będzie dwa główne zadania inwestycyjne: Zadanie nr 1 : Ścieżka na wydmach. 1.1. Wymiana nawierzchni chodnika na kostkę betonową. 1.2. Kładka piesza z prefabrykowanych elementów z tworzywa sztucznego. 1.3. Zejście na plaże. 1.4. Oświetlenie. Zadanie nr 2 : Zagospodarowanie Alei Gwiazd. 2.1. Nawierzchnie granitowe. 2.2. Nawierzchnie mineralne. 2.3. Mała architektura. 2.4. Zieleń. Wykona będzie także stała scena wraz z inf. oraz punkt dostępu do internetu. Projekt będzie realizowany od 30.08.2017 do 31.10. 2018 roku. W ramach projektu poniesione będą również koszty wykonania tablic informacyjno - pamiątkowych. Poniesione będą również koszty nadzoru inwestorskiego oraz dokumentacji technicznej i studium wykonalności projektu. Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu realizacji projektu możliwe jest wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności infrastruktury powstałej w ramach realizacji projektu. Przedsięwzięcie nie wymaga dodatkowych działań w celu jej pełnego wykorzystania. Wnioskodawca posiada zasoby techniczne, kadrowe i wiedzę gwarantujące uruchomienie funkcjonowania infrastruktury po zakończeniu projektu. Komórką odpowiedzialną za przebieg inwestycji w ramach Urzędu Miejskiego będzie Referat Infrastruktury Technicznej i Inwestycji, który ze względu na zakres nadanych mu kompetencji jest referatem odpowiedzialnym za realizację większości gminnych inwestycji. Pracownicy Urzędu Miejskiego w Międzyzdrojach posiadają bardzo bogatą wiedzę i doświadczenie związane z realizacją inwestycji dofinansowanych ze środków publicznych, w tym środków unijnych. Po zrealizowaniu projektu utrzymaniem nowo zagospodarowanych terenów zieleni, tak jak dotychczas, zajmował się będzie Zakład Ochrony Środowiska w Międzyzdrojach – gminna jednostka organizacyjna w formie zakładu budżetowego.
