The aim of the project (P) is to create by the end of 2019 in the structures of the ZCEMiP in Szczecin the validation and certification of relevant learning outcomes acquired in the framework of formal, non-formal and non-formal education, leading to vocational qualifications in the welder profession and formal confirmation by the end of 2019 by 200 P participants acquisition of welding skills and qualifications, including certified examinations according to the standards of the respective Classification Societies (DNVÜ, TVÜ). The above is intended to increase by the end of 2019 to a higher level of professional position 200 (199 m/1k) participants of the project. Target group, they're people of age. 18 years of age, having a residence centre in the Zachodniopomorskie voivodship according to the KC, interested on their own initiative to acquire, supplement or improve professional qualifications in order to increase their employability, maintenance, or professional promotion. BO will include graduates of welding courses from previous years, employees of enterprises and business entities carrying out economic activity within the Regional Specialisations of WZP (3. metal and machine industry) and Intelligent Specialisations for WZP (2. Advanced metal products) is the award criterion No 2, as well as of the maritime and shipbuilding industries, having outdated welding qualifications and persons who have documented welding experience without formal confirmation of their qualifications. The project will be implemented in cooperation with the socio-economic environment of the region, including entrepreneurs, the Western Chamber of Crafts and Entrepreneurship and Classification Associations during the period: 01.11.17r. — 31.12.19 Participants will receive comprehensive support: identification of qualifications, preparation for primary or re-certification, examination in the appropriate welding method according to the guidelines of a particular Classification Society.     Celami projektu (P) jest stworzenie do końca 2019r. w strukturach ZCEMiP w Szczecinie programu walidacji i certyfikacji odpowiednich efektów uczenia się zdobytych w ramach edukacji formalnej, pozaformalnej i kształcenia nieformalnego, prowadzącego do zdobycia kwalifikacji zawodowych w zawodzie spawacza oraz formalne potwierdzenie do końca 2019r. przez 200 uczestników P nabycia umiejętności i kwalifikacji spawalniczych, w tym certyfikowanych egzaminami wg. norm odpowiednich Towarzystw Klasyfikacyjnych (DNV, TÜV, PRS). Powyższe służyć ma podniesieniu do końca 2019r. na wyższy poziom pozycji zawodowej 200 (199m/1k) uczestników projektu. Grupa docelowa, to osoby w wieku pow. 18 roku życia, posiadające zgodnie z KC centrum pobytowe w województwie zachodniopomorskim, zainteresowane z własnej inicjatywy zdobyciem, uzupełnieniem lub podniesieniem kwalifikacji zawodowych w celu zwiększenia ich szans na zatrudnienie, jego utrzymanie, bądź awans zawodowy. Wśród BO będą absolwenci kursów spawalniczych z lat poprzednich, pracownicy przedsiębiorstw i podmiotów gospodarczych realizujących działalność gospodarczą w ramach Regionalnych Specjalizacji WZP (3. przemysł metalowo - maszynowy) i Inteligentnych Specjalizacji dla WZP (2. Zaawansowane wyroby metalowe) – kryterium premiujące nr 2, jak i przemysłu morskiego i stoczniowego, posiadający nieaktualne kwalifikacje spawalnicze oraz osoby, które posiadają udokumentowane doświadczenie spawalnicze bez formalnego potwierdzenia posiadanych kwalifikacji. Projekt zrealizujemy we współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno – gospodarczym regionu, w tym przedsiębiorcami,Zachodniopomorską Izbą Rzemiosła i Przedsiębiorczości a także Towarzystwami Klasyfikacyjnymi w okresie: 01.11.17r. – 31.12.19r. Uczestnicy zostaną poddani kompleksowemu wsparciu: identyfikacja posiadanych kwalifikacji, przygotowanie do pierwotnej lub ponownej certyfikacji, egzamin w odpowiedniej metodzie spawalniczej zgodnie zwytycznymi konkretnego Towarzystwa Klasyfikacyjnego.
